ImjanJobs is committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism, safety, and brand integrity across all visual media uploaded to our platform. This Picture and Media Policy governs all profile avatars, corporate logos, banner imagery, and uploaded document attachments across candidate profiles, company listings, and job postings.
2. Candidate Profile Photos
While uploading a profile photo is optional for job seekers, having a professional photo significantly enhances profile visibility and recruiter engagement. When uploading a profile image, candidates must ensure:
- Professional Headshot: The photo should clearly display your head and shoulders in appropriate professional or business-casual attire.
- Clear Lighting & Focus: Ensure a well-lit, sharp image with a neutral, non-distracting background.
- Authentic & Recent: The photo must be an authentic, recent likeness of yourself.
- Prohibited Images: Selfies with heavy filters, group photos, cartoons/avatars, celebrity pictures, promotional graphics, or photos containing sunglasses or covered faces will be removed automatically.
3. Employer Logos & Company Visuals
Employers and recruiters uploading corporate branding materials must comply with the following standards:
- Authentic Brand Logos: Upload official, high-resolution company logos that represent your legally registered organization or brand.
- Ownership & Authorization: You warrant that your organization possesses all trademark licenses and copyright permissions for any visual assets uploaded.
- No Misleading Branding: Using logos of government entities, partner organizations without authorization, or third-party brands to mislead job seekers is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

5. Prohibited Content
Under no circumstances may users upload visual content containing:
- Sexually suggestive, explicit, or indecent imagery.
- Violent, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory graphics.
- Copyrighted images belonging to third parties without explicit licensing.
- Direct advertising flyers, promotional discount codes, or third-party marketing banners inside profile picture slots.
6. Automated Processing & Content Moderation
All uploaded images undergo automated virus scans, dimension normalization, WebP compression, and content safety filters upon upload. ImjanJobs reserves the right to remove, crop, or replace any image that violates these standards with an automated initials badge.
7. Copyright & DMCA Takedown Notices
If you believe that any image or visual asset hosted on ImjanJobs infringes your trademark or copyright, please send an intellectual property takedown notice with proof of ownership to dmca@imjanjobs.com. We respond to all verified copyright claims within 48 hours.
